01-09-2009 : Verdict | Systems BV signes Exclusive contract with FlorHalland |
|
FloraHolland (3 September 2009) - FloraHolland and Verdict Systems recently signed an agreement
for the exclusive use of the Verdict Chain View system in the horticultural sector. This system is
used to analyse the temperature and atmospheric humidity of deliveries. FloraHolland has control of
this established system so that growers and buyers can monitor transport conditions to better
guarantee quality for the end customer. |

01-07-2009 : Verdict | Systems BV and Orbi Solutions BV merge |
|
Verdict Systems BV and Orbi Solutions BV have decided to merge all their activities per July 1st,
2009. This step will enable us to have more focus on our main markets: monitoring environmental conditions.
The merged company will continue under the name of Verdict Systems BV. Both companies were already related
with each other and this merger will avoid further internal administration. If there are any questions left,
please let us know. |
